It's my favorite medical condition!

This little girl, Kang Mengru, was abandoned, although it doesn't sound like it had anything to do with the condition as it was unknown at the time. She was lucky enough to be adopted by a couple from Zhenzhou, in eastern China. Then tummy began to "swell" and doctors were stumped. Finally they figured out what was going on with her.

Little Kang's under developed twin was growing inside of her in the most interesting of medical oddities, foetus in fetu.

After a ten hour operation the twin was removed from Kang and she is expected to make a full recovery.

No word on what they did with the twin.
